Introduction to Reflexology

The course may be of particular interest to mothers looking for a new career to complement the care of their children.

The course covers:

• History & theory behind Reflexology
• How our feet map our body
• Holistic approach
• Hands-on practical; reflex points for:
• Relaxation
• Immune System Boost
• Contraindications: when not to use Reflexology

The course booklet contains all the information needed to follow a career in Reflexology; it will be distributed at the end of the workshop.

The workshop is held on Sundays from 10 am to 5 pm with a one-hour break for lunch.
